Dr. Douglas Baker begins this topic with the statement that its too bad regular astrologers effectively ignore both retrogrades and interceptions, whereas esoteric astrologers can glean so much more by exploration of these topics. Following a definition of retrogrades, he explains the meaning of them in a persons chart, including the changing qualities of higher and higher numbers of retrogrades.
