In the final segment of this 3-part lecture, Dr. Baker continues his discussion of the Thinking Cap and addresses the question, How do we become a good vehicle for Divine Expression? He warns that many yogic exercises are not appropriate and can even be dangerous for Westerners. He discusses also the danger of too much One-Pointedness of focus, although acknowledging its usefulness when dedicated to a high cause. He also asks the question: What would happen if 20 people all put on their Thinking Caps and pondered the same question from their various fields of expertise all over the world?
